Historical Significance:
This 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass Hurst/Olds is a result of a remarkable collaboration between Hurst and Oldsmobile, making it a limited production car. Out of the 515 units built, only 64 were sport coupes. This particular model, Demmer Engineered number 463, features the optional Peruvian Silver body with black stripe details, a powerful 455 Engine, and W30 equipment. The interior boasts black upholstery with a walnut wood accent panel across the dash and around the Hurst dual-gate shifter.
Originally shipped from Demmer Engineering on July 3, 1968, to the Paul Clark Oldsmobile dealership in North Carolina, this car was later purchased by Tim and Leia Wong in May 2000. Remarkably, it still retains its numbers-matching engine and OW-code transmission with the Hurst dual-gate shifter.
